MTN Poor Customer Service

Hi MTN Calls center are a waste of time on the 12/03/2020 i had 2 x incoming call that i received and they had taken away about 220 any time minutes of mine for and incoming call log a complaint on the 13/03/2020 am still awaiting for a response at first it was 72 hours for a response then 7 days and im still awaiting. I now have to load air time and waste my money for this its truly poor customer service. My SMC REF ***

Hi Thanks for your reply that is what im trying to get at MTN show it as and outgoing call but the calls made on the 12/03/2020 is incoming and not out going form 17:50pm to around 22:00pm from *** and *** i have attached incoming call list on the 12/03/2020 image.png 44.28 KB
