MTN POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have a contract with MTN from 27 June 2014 to 27 June 2016. In November 2015 I called MTN to load anytime minutes on my phone, I did'nt get those minutes and on the 27 of November 2015 I did'nt get the minutess and data that I was supposed to receive every month. When I call in December 2015 I was told that the contract has been changed to prepaid, I asked them why, they told me it was a mistake they will change it to contract again. I called them several times from January 2016 because I was not happy with the amount they are billing me, they told me is the correct amount. I could'nt wait for the contract to end. The contract was supposed to end in June 2016. On the 31 July 2016 they debited my bank account and when I called them, they told me the contract ends in 2017. After they listened to my story they agreed that the was a mistake they will cancel the contract. I went to the bank to stop the debit order. In August 2016 the debit order went off my account, when I phone the bank to reverse the debit order they told me that MTN changed the reference number that's why the debit order went off the account. I colled MTN again they told me that the contract hasn't been cancelled but they will cancel it I must give them 24hours after my phone was suspended when I call them they told me my account is in arrears but they unblocked it and they told they are still busy with my query after few weeks they suspended my phone again and the lady I was talking to was so rude she told me my phone is in arrears even after explaining the story, after telling her to transfer me to the manager she said yes she can see on the system that the contract was supposed to end in June 2016 then she unblocked it. In September they deducted again and I reversed the amount, when I call them they told me the query is now with the billing department I must call them after a day, when I call they said the query is closed MTN is owing me R1900 they will transfer it back to my bank account. Then on the 28 October 2016 I received the friendly reminder from MTN that my account will be debited with R2209.77. When I call them they told me they are still busy with the query. My account was debited on the 01 November 2016 with R2209.77 then I called the bank again to reverse and I called MTN they told me they have the system problem, they are unable to cancel the contract. I've been a loyal customer to MTN for more than 15 years but after this I don't want anything that has to do with them Ref ********** 03, ********** 89, ********** 91
