MTN poor customer service

They send an SMS, stating that the amount outstanding on an account with 3 numbers that's linked, is only due 02/02/2026 and suspend 2 of your lines a day after the SMS. The outstanding amount was paid, email of payment received was delivered, after several calls to open the lines, we are now on day six without any lines being open.
