MTN poor customer service

I recently signed a 2 year business 1 terabyte data contract with MTN midlands mall. It comes with 10 sims which can be used at different sites.

I’ve been trying to get hold of Ashley at the store in Pietermaritzburg for the last three days and now it’s just getting to a point where I’m just very disappointed with the service and I feel like cancelling my contract.

He sold me 3 routers at an additional fee of which one is not working. All I need is some customer service.

The store contact number just rings and rings - been 3 weeks now.
