Mtn poor customer service

They blocked my number due to extra charges that I dont know where it came from. I paid the R330 to get my phone unblocked but its been more than a week and my phone is still blocked. Your customer service on facebook messenger is very poor let's not even talk about the phone that just keeps on ringing. All I want is for you to unblock my phone and send me a detailed statement related to the R330. I don't understand why such a simple request is so hard for you guys to do.
