Mtn poor customer service

Mtn costumer services are really bad. Had a query for almost a month now where they debit more than suppose due to upgrade and try to resolved the issue for my refund due, with no luck.dont know how many times I called and also did send email to their complaints box and still today no feedback recieved.they quick to call you for upgrades but come to resolved your query than they don't bother.

Been with mnt for more than 10 years and never had this issue before like now.wil never ever upgrade from them,did declined today again for laptop upgrade cause this will happen again where they over charge your for stuff that you did not agreed on.
