MTN poor customer service

Been trying to get through MTN legal from this morning as my account was blocked due to a misunderstanding and payment was done as contract was finished in Feb and not cancelled as you battle to get through so they were still debiting old bank account and we have a new bank account. Payment was done on Saturday now we can’t get through to find out when phone number will be activated again each time I have been on hold for over half an hour and then the phone gets cut off this is poor customer service.
