MTN Poor customer service

I am currently trying to contact the customer care regarding my contract and first 2 people i spoke to tried to assist second one called got cut and third attempt im trying to call person answers a d no reply. I am a paying customer whose left with no data trying to find out why and this is absolutely poor service from MTN Really considering to cancel both contarc
