Mtn poor customer care
International Roaming is an issue with this company. Despite many phone calls they assure me that it will work yet cannot advise what to do when abroad and it doesn’t work.
The USSD code is continuously not working prior to take off the call centre agents promise to help yet they do nothing

Unfortunately it’s a hollow reassurance and it amounts to zero when MTN fails to follow through though
