MTN poor customer care

I have an account with mtn since more than 25 years, same number. In the past 2 years, at the end of every month, my line is suspended for non payment.

What is so strange is that MTN has a debit order on my bank account for all of those 25 years, and have always taken their money at the end of the month. MTN has failed to rectify this situation after hundreds of calls, emails and visits to their service centres.
