MTN - poor cust service but excellent at *****ing

I have been an MTN customer since 2006 and all I can say is that they are slipping fast and furious. I just received my monthly accounts of which I have 5 with MTN only to notice a \content charge"on my data contract. Phoning 809 is useless as the consultant keep on saying it is not MTN who charged me but some unknown company. This is rather ironic as the billing is on an MTN letterhead and I have only signed a contract with MTN not some unknown company. I am not sure if MTN is a registered bank but they surely act as if they are by taking money from clients and paying it accross to 3rd parties. The biggest joke of it all is that the consultant at 809 said I must complain by calling MTN head office at *** I dare any sane person to try and call that number as I have done numerous times this year as an automated system pick up the call but no-one answers EVER. I found a write up on MTN's website on how to block WASP's by dialling *141*5# seeing that the consultant refuses to cancel the WASP and says I must do it. Well you usesless people ho wthe hell do you want me to dial *141*5# from a data card??? IDIOTS. Now I am told that I must go to MTN and let them do it - WHY????"""
