mtn poor coverage

for a long time I have had very poor cell phone coverage in my house and if has not really become significant as I have wifi. With load shedding I am unable to receive or send any data and the line is even worse . I have logged a coverage call in Feb and received no response except a reference number. I went in to an man call centre a week ago and the agent promised to investigate. No response. I have now decided they don't want my business (5 contract) so wi will be moving to vodacom when my contract ends in 2 months time and will move all 5 contracts as they end.
