MTN poor complaints resolution

I have a contract with MTN and since the beginning , i have been getting incorrect statements, i am being referred to as someone else, i have previously lodged a complaint with them and got a response that the issue was sorted , as i speak now, i received the same statement and balance even if i make a payment, the outstanding balance doesn't snt change so it is never updated. I am vwry disappointed with MTN and i do not ybink i will evwr use their services again
