MTN Poor Call Center Service

Eeeeeeeeeerrrr I called the call center this morning the call center operator struggled to hear me because the ladies in the call center were busy complaining about how their toes were sore others were just talking loud don't they have work to do them you claim that you have a high call volumes but some stuff are sitting there talking nonsense, please look into this.
