Mtn Poor & Bad service...SIES........

I have all proof and reference numbers to my contracts being cancelled on the 25 October 2021. I was still billed for contracts out of contract prices. How pathetic. And now i tried calling for past ten days they transfer you around to all departments round and around you go. Oh yes the managers are to busy to take your call and your itc scoring g goes down the drain. Today i entered a mtn store at 09:00am their own staff are so disgusted at their colleges on 135 bevause the problem is so clear to what is wrong but nobody can clear and rectify the mistake caused by mtn, i left at 12:30 with the same problem.
