MTN POOR App and assistance, FAIL

I really dont know what to do anymore, its now two months in a row im having issues with MTN. I can no longer use the MTN app to pay my contract bill, i had to visit the store just to pay my account, i have sent many emails to be contacted by MTN but sad to say nobody cares. I would like to change my network provider!
