MTN POOOOR SERVICE

I app**** for new contract beginning of march got approved but still no delivery Emailed mtn help desk got a response after 2 days no stock of the device Now 2weeks later i have send 10 emails no reply use Facebook chat got told they will escalate my problem and i am still waiting mtn how can you you advertise and approve sales on stuff that you dont have?????? Why can't you phone your customer and give them another option on stock you got on hand I THINK YOUR SERVICE IS NOT UP TO STANDARD AND STILL WAITING FOR YOU TO CONTACT ME
