I've been with MTN with the same number for 20 years. I'm now trying to open a new contract for my.partner. They now require a credit bureau letter before they can proceed and I'm supposed to get it. The contact details they gave ir online don't work. The email reply says that they don't use that e.ail anymore and phoning doesn't get answered. Their online form on their website doesn't get rep**** to either. Then MTN puts my new contract through VASCO CONNECT who also DO NOT answer emails, whatsapps or phone calls.
Disgusting service from a retarded company. Eat poo MTN.
