MTN PLS HELP. No one at 4 different stores could assist.

Hi, I live on a farm. Have excellent LTE coverage with a prepaid MTN sim. However, its getting expensive.

Looking into getting uncapped month to month and going to various stores (4 to be exact) nobody could assist me. Everyone has a different story. Is this because of untrained staff?!

Yesterday I tried once more, sitting next to the sales person, showing him on their own MTN website that fixed LTE cover is available!!!!! However the deal can’t be complete because the address I had on n eskom statement can’t be found.

Come on guys!!!!! It’s the 21st century. Surely there can be an option to use GPS coordinates, or a google pin. This is more acute to the EXACT location. I need answers - will MTN (proclaiming to be the best cell company in South Africa) be willing to assist me?

There were so many stories from the different stores and I’ve been sent all over.
