Mtn Pls give me back my voice bundles that disappeared

I bought mtn voice bundle on 26 Nov 2024, for R150 which was suppose to be 380 munutes. I only used 6 minutes, and the whole voice bundle has dissappeared. This look like ***** or a ****. How does 380 minutes suppose to last for 30 days finish within 2 days. When I have only used 6 minutes.

Pls mtn credit me back my voice bundles.

N wat is so frustrating, is that I have been trying to call mtn since without any success.
