Mtn Plettenberg bay disappointing

MTN Plettenberg bay - terrible service, poor communicate skills, unfriendly staff. As a customer one feesl like they doing you a favor by helping you. ***********...staff cant even follow up on simple requests regarding ones account. I'm unhappy wish I could change to different service provider.
