MTN should consider upskilling their front-end employees

I went to the MTN in alberton (Mall @ New Market) twice to get my ESIM activated and 5 Months later, no one at MTN Alberton seems to be able to activate it, and also there's the issue of how the employees there seem to be always annoyed with each other and the customers
