MTN please update my credit profile

I have settled my account in full on the 16 January 2026 but until this far the account is not updated on my credit profile. The last update was on 15 June 2023. My account number is BA***. I communicated with MTN legal regarding this matter and I was promised that the matter will be attended to. However it is now more that 90 days but the account is not updated. This issue is affecting me financially. I regret for for trusting MTN. my life is hell due to this company.
