Quote:

"The matter has been escalated to the relevant management team for urgent attention to pass the credit in your account. On the notes it does show that a credit request was made a few months ago.

Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you."

Now where have I heard this before?

MTN, if you cared in ANY WAY about what I as a customer has had to endure, have to pay for your incompetence every mnth, or your reputation, you will call me. For real, not just to tick the box that you called the customer, like the last time.

And when you call, do not refuse to give your name, number and email address, like you did in 2015. At the time you made empty promises/**** (pick one).

You owe me more money every month. You abused your debit order authority. You did not honour your contract.

Please check how many uninterrupted years this number has been on your network. You will continue to lose premium customers like me as a reward for *****ing their money and then ignoring them.

But hey, it's been a year and a half. So don't rush into this. The National Consumer Commission may take its time, but may just get your attention.
