MTN Please help

I have been calling for the past two days asking for assistance in cancelling my contract , the lady said she will send me an email, so I also decided to go to the Vaal mall branch to get help the lady was so rude and told me to call the call centre, I have been speaking to different agents that promised to help me but they didn’t, today I spoke to someone named Lindi that put me on hold for 20 minutes and then decided to hang up What am I supposed to do to be serviced? Because I’ve tried everything but no one is budging this service is ****ty and ****ed up
