Mtn please fix your bundle issue

Can someone please call me. I have 5000 anytime minute but cannot make a call. Have no option to speak to someone to get it resolved. Been with mtn for over 20 years and now you are ****ing me off like Vodacom why I left in the first place maybe its time to reconsider going back. Stopping here or I might be moderated
