MTN, please employ the right people and train them!

MTN cost me so much stress and I lost money because of their incompetency and staff that is not trained to think for themselves. Even the MTN Ombudsman did not respond to my messages. South-Africa is losing BILLIONS because of companies like MTN. Big countries are laughing at us and no-one gives a s...t! MTN does not even respond here. MTN, employ the right people and train them!!!
