MTN - PLease check your internal controls - Do you know what you are doing????

MTN's internal controls are worrying me. I received a phone call from MTN on 25 May 2022 to inform me that I can upgrade my contract with them. This is after I have already upgraded this specific package online on 28 April 2022. I was still waiting for my device, which I upgraded on 28 April 2022, to be delivered, but I received a phone call from DSV on 24 May 2022 that the delivery will be on 26 May 2022. I did receive the device on 26 May 2022, although the OTP that was supposed to be sent to the number of the old device went to the number of my MTN data sim card - what a mess. MTN what are you doing????
