MTN please cancel the contract. Stop *****ling my money.

Good day. I am writting this message in full depression and if possible soon to commit suicide due to the depression MTN is causing me . I ordered a phone online on the 3rd of march 2026 and the following day a sales representative from MTN contacted me to confirm that i did order a phone the previous day ,which i did ... to my surprice MTN delivered two (2) cellphones apple iphone 15 . On the very same day of delivery. I ran to the nearest MTN store ( MALL OF THE NORTH MTN IN POLOKWANE)to atleast return one cellphone. I have the document that shows proof from MTN MALL OF THE NORTH that i did return the phone[ IRMS NO: ***]. Even today MTN still deducts money for the phone phone i returned. I have been calling and they say they will escalate the matter but i am not getting help till today. MTN IS DOING NOTHING ABOUT THIS MATTER and money is being deducted on my account every month.
