MTN please act up on this matter it's seriously draining me and my plans!!!!

I'm actually annoyed on how can an Mtn consultant Hlamulo Tshavalala in Fourways give an unknown person an iPhone 13 using my account in my absence...

I've never been to Fourways Mtn, I've never lost my LICENCE card or my ID. I'm expected to pay for something I don't even posses. I was at work in Secunda when these ********** acts took place. I want to buy a house now and my credit is being affected by Mtn ****s.

I launched a complain in Dec the 31st 2021 to Zandile Lusiti who works in Four ways and she still didn't come back to me after I emailed my affidavit and ID to her.

I then went to Springs Mall where I handed another complain on the 24th of January 2022. I'm still waiting.... Can this matter be fixed please coz my plans are being ruined!!!!!
