When you confront them about the bad service they scream at you on top of their voices and continue loudly on their personal chats and calls.

I hope the store and mall have cameras so you can see, MTN staff sitting at empty desks chatting to each other, some on their cell phones, catching up on backlog in full view of customers who are locked outside treated like dirt. If you complain about the service a lady in service desk no.2 screams on top of her voice telling you where to get off.
