MTN playing the blame game

Having called, wrtten and going to the store on numerous occassions, I have had no luck getting through to MTN.

I took put top up contarcts on all my devices. I was charged almost R600 more in one month. Upon enquiry I was told that I had an open line. I wanted to know who did this. They said it was me! Why would I do that when I have a budget for phones?? Once again I enquired. I was told I had a top up contract but no usage limit was set. Again this was either my fault or the store where I took out the contract. I went to the store and they gave me proof that my topup contract had a usage limit set a year ago when I took out the contract. I called MTN to ask where I can email this proof. The rude agent told me that I need to go back to the store and they should sort it out with the billing dept.

I do not have time to waste on calls and going to the store. I thought that`s what Customer service are there for.

Really sick and tired of MTN. Will they admit their mistake or will it still be my fault?
