MTN play Music TV *******

Hi there, I just received an SMS confirming my subscription to Music TV on mtnplay for R2/day, which I definitely did NOT subscribe to. I have tried cancelling via *464*970# as per the SMS but just receive an error code. I also dialed *145*5# as well as *123*2#, but nothing has worked. I called Telkom as I am a Telkom Mobile customer, but Telkom was not at all helpful. Can anyone please assist me in cancelling this service immediately? How can it be legal for these ****s to continue?
