MTN Play AirG thievery

Hello,

I received a SMS reminder that I have been subscribed to a service called MTN Play AirG at R2 a day.

I have never subscribed to ANY add-on subscription ****s.

I telephoned MTN on 808 and the subscription was cancelled.

But my question is this: if I never subscribed, never authorised the deductions and never wished to, nor consented for this service (at 23:30 on Sunday the 11th of December - I should be sleeping!) - what is my recourse so as to get my money back?

I won't go so far as to say that MTN is *****ing from me (by not cancelling my previous contract after NUMBEROUS requests, there I will call them *******) but in this instance I will say at the very least they are aiding and abetting a theft.

I wonder if it is possible to get a class action going against these VAS *******!

Anyway,

Happy 2017!

Best regards,

Eugene
