MTN Pinecrest Branch has appalling service!

I am absolutely appalled and frankly disgusted by the customer service at your MTN Pinetown Pinecrest branch. Two and a half hours just to do a sim swap. No explanations to customers regarding the delay. Staff giving preference to other clients as opposed to others. I am livid. After I raised my frustration and discontent to the manager, I was assisted and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. Absolutely poor service. What a dent and spoiling of such a great brand (MTN). NO APOLOGIES EITHER!
