MTN Pietermaritzburg slow LTE/Mobile connection

I'm writing this review for all the people using MTN in Pietermaritzburg (in and around Northdale), that simply accept, and don't voice out their frustration. For 5 days the LTE service in the areas mentioned is non-responsive. It takes 30s or more to open google.co.za. I've taken to twitter (@MTNza), but there hasn't been any response. I urge MTN to take this seriously and look into what the cause might be.
