Mtn Pier 14 service disgusting

So I have been struggling with and upgrade with Mtn for a month now. Mtn Pier 14 has been playing cat and mouse with me. I get excuses like they do not have toner for their printer to print the contract. This morning after so many trips to Mtn Pier 14 in Port Elizabeth the shop is closed at 9h30 and still at 10h00. How can I sort out this story. I am at my wits end. It seems this Faadhil guy does things because there are no consequences for him not doing his job.
