MTN & Pick 'n Pay Gimmick, misleading consumers.

I upgraded my mobile phone contract in August and opted for the Honor 200 handset. The package also included a R500 Pick 'n Pay gift voucher. I still have not received this to date. Everytime I go to the store I am told there are issues and that my name is on the list. Yesterday, once again I went into the MTN store at the mall at Carnival and also spoke to the guy that represents the Honor brand phone. He couldn't explain what the delay was all about. My question is, has someone pocketed my voucher or was this just an advertising gimmick or a catch phrase. As far as I am concerned that these people should be taken to task as this is against the CPA ( Consumer Proptection Act ). Nobody is allowed to mislead any consumer and this is openly misleading me as a consumer.
