MTN Pi support - where is it?

MTN Pi was easy to connect to initially but the support is non existent. I have a technical issue that your robot ai agent cannot solve. There is no facility in the app or contact details of an actual human. I successfully joined the promotion about a week ago and after a week I ported my MTN number to Pi. This resulted in my Pi esim to become inactive, is this the expected outcome when porting? My ported number also stopped working. I have now reverted the port but lost my initial esim - how do I fix this?
