MTN - Phone Upgrade - Velocity Mobile

<p>Ihave receive a call from Velocity Mobile to upgrade my MTN Contract with a new phone . They have send my a phone and i was unhappy with it and i have return the phone to MTN N1 City in 3 days of delivery . It has been 1 month that i am waiting on MTN to Reverse the upgrade so that i can have another phone . They are also billing me but i dont have a phone . The MTN call centre has made Contact with me and made me Understand that the Reversal of the upgrade Could take up to 3 months to be resolved .</p> <p> </p>
