MTN PHONE UPGRADE EXCHANGE

Good day

Im went to upgrade my handset at the hemingways branch in East London i wanted at Samsung A51 which i got but im not happy with this phone i need it to be exchanged as the day i went to do the upgrade there were no display models on the floor the phone i want the Huawei P30 Lite i have not used the samsung at all as per the CPA we are allowed 10 days to bring this device back AND THERE IS A COOLING OFF PERIOD OF 5 DAYS hence the store is closed now i need help guys as the samsung is way too big.
