MTN phone still not delivered

I upgraded telephonically about 2 months ago with MTN. My phone was to be delivered to my house but was never delivered. The delivery company always came at a time where i was still at work and even though i still told them the time which they could deliver, they still came when i was not home.<br> <br> Now it has been two months, MTN is billing me on my new contract and yet i still don't have my new handset. Their records should show that the phone has not yet been delivered and yet they are so quick to bill me on my new subscription.<br> <br> I'm very disappointed in MTN as I sent numerous emails to them and yet they just say someone will call to assist me and they never do. Right now I just want to cancel that contract.
