MTN Phone Repair *******

<p>i sent a new phone for repair booked in by suninghill chilli lane MTN. they reported that they will send it to the repaire centre and a quote will be shared.</p> <p> </p> <p>the Xperia M5 had issues with th battery but they keep selling these to customers. ufortunately the back cover was slighltly damaged so the warranty was void. they booked in the phone for repair and they reported that they would send me a quote.</p> <p> </p> <p>i did not receive any quote for a few weeks as initially they told me it would take 3-4 weeks. when i called in they told me the quote for 600 was rejected and i need to pay 330 to release the phone or re-book it again. i aggred to re-book it and payed the 330. i mentioned that i did not receive the initial quote and that they must resend it they refused and said that now it will cost 1700 .</p> <p> </p> <p>it seems that MTN purposefully sell faulty phones and then ******* people when they send it for repair</p> <p> </p> <p>this is day light *******. i always aks to speak to management but no one is available. this is terrible service.</p> <p> </p> <p>i am goin to cancell all my MTN services if i ever recevie my phone as judging by other reviews it seems that once your phone goes in for repairs you can kiss it goodbye</p> <p> </p> <p>i wish MTN goes bankrupt due to loosing customers</p>
