Mtn phone repair

I logged a claim for my phone to be repaired on the 7th of December 2022 and today is 16january and my phone hasn't been collected for the repair...when I logged the claim at MTN they said I should go back home with the phone insurance will fetch it...this is unprofessional on another level ,5weeks
