MTN phone insurance is a ****!!

I am very much disappointed in the MTN phone insurance. I made an insurance claim on the 14th of December 2022 as I got ****** of my phone on the 13th of December 2022 and since then I've never received any feedback from them. I went to the MTN store in Bela Bela and they told me to call the insurance and confirm the colour of my phone,after doing so the agent told me to make a follow up the following day and I couldn't get hold of them the following day,they said their agents are not available.

I called their insurance claim contacts today and they told me they will refer me to the relevant department then dropped my call.I have been a loyal customer and have never missed my phone account or insurance payment and now that I wanna claim they are giving me a runaround.

I advise no one to use Guardrisk Insurance and its MTNs underwriter. I am still going to fight for my phone and after finishing paying it I am no longer going to associate myself with MTN!!
