Mtn Phone Insurance

Mtn phone insurance has been a nightmare for me. My phone was damaged due to an incident in September. The insurance took the phone fixed it which took 3 weeks to do so. The phone came back and it was still faulty and since then I've returned the phone for the 5th time now as it started loosing LCD screen colour, touch pad not working & phone switching itself off. Mtn has been a nightmare as I've been phoneless since September 2020 till today as they still "fixing" the phone. Mtn phone insurance has the worst service ever and I'm not happy about it.
