MTN phone delivery nightmare

I app**** for a cellphone contract and MTN was fast in helping me. Now it came for the device to get delivered to me. The biometrics machines goes awol. The DSV guy tells me that the machine has problems with a lot of people and advises me to arrange a manual delivery. He left,I called MTN. I was transfered 15 times to different departments,I think I was even transferred to the same department twice or thrice. I was on the phone for hours ****erally)......to date this matter hasn't been resolved. I have been using MTN for years and it's just a shame that they don't value their customers anymore
