Mtn phone contract

Good day

I have been paying them for 2 years every month and i did send the proof payments but now they're saying they can't find my payments and unfortunately by mistake i used the wrong reference number but they found one payment with the same reference number but they can't find the rest , honestly i don't know how many more excuses i can take. Please can someone just sort it out.
