MTN phone company

According to them they purchase a rooter to me on contract basis which I never received.. when I ask to see the contract they cant show me, on my side I never sign for any rooter or received any rooter. I been to the police to do affidavit. sent it to them. they deducted the rooter off my account for over 31 months @ nearly R300.00 pm<br> <br> I sent them emails and phone them regally..every time it is a different person with different ideas. I think MTN is one of the worsted suppliers in South Africa...<br> <br> when my phone is one day overdue the eager to switch it off. like now I paid them but my phone is off, am trying to get hold of them now with no success. <br> <br> please assist me with the ****..<br> <br> thanks <br> L.Viviers <br> <br>
