MTN Phoenix Plaza - BAD SERVICE

<p>Frustratated and ****ed of with service at mtn. I had given my samsung S6 on the 9 th of january at mtn phoenix for repairs because the phone was first getting hot and then refuse to come on. I had done a full check of the phone with Romaana Latiff b4 signing the docs and sending it for repairs. Everything was intact since my fone is like almost new. Phone came back from repairs with no sim tray. Now theae fone parts are intact and needs a pin to open. It must have been lost at the repair centre wen they opened to check the fone. Up to date i have not gotten my fone back. I get no feed back from anyone at mtn phoenix until i call them. Ive asked for a cortesy fone which they didnt have . We are now in March and i need my fone. I cannot be paying for something im not making use of. This is a bad reflection on mtn as a whole. I have contracts with other service providers and they are quick and effient. I need this matter addressed urgently whoever is responaible for loosing the sim tray nees to sort it out asap . </p> <p> </p> <p>Angry and dispointed </p> <p>Wendy</p> <p> </p>
